HOT NUMBERS
Direct Dial Facility has been implemented for users of "International Call Service - Access Number"
1. What is HOT NUMBER ?
Answer. A HOT NUMBER is a access number to which a user may pre-set a destination phone number. When HOT NUMBER is dialed, the pre-set destination number is dialed automatically.
1a. How HOT NUMBER are useful ?
Answer. You just dial the HOT NUMBER in your phone, and the pre-set destination number will be dialed automatically.
So you do not have to press the destination phone number by your self. And also you do not have to press the SPEED DIAL number by your self.
And also you do not have to hear the message "Please enter the phone number then pound key, do not press call button wait it will be connecting".
2. What to do to setup HOT NUMBER ?
Answer. Just enter your destination phone number in SPEED DIAL in your finndial MyAccount.
3. How it will work ?
Answer.
HOT NUMBER: +358 9 3154 8010 will dial automatically the pre-set destination phone number, which is in SPEED DIAL 0.
HOT NUMBER: +358 9 3154 8011 will dial automatically the pre-set destination phone number, which is in SPEED DIAL 1.
As in below list, every HOTNUMBER will dial the following SPEED DIAL CODE number.

4. How to enter destination phone number in SPEED DIAL ?
Answer. You have two choice:
choice 1. Login to your finndial MyAccount ( http://myaccount.finndial.net/ ) , click on SPEED DIAL from left menu and enter your destination phone number on that page.
choice 2. From your phone : Follow below step.
First : Dial our Automated Phone Number : +358 9 3154 8008Listen Instructions:
Second : When you will be asked "To add SPEED DIAL, Press 9" : so Press 9 on your phone
Third : You will be asked to "Please enter the SPEED DIAL NUMBER" : so press 1 on your phone to start [ Later continue to add in: 2 , 3, ,4 ,5 ,6 ,7 , 8, 9 ].
Fourth : You will be asked "Please enter the phone number followed by the pound key" : so enter destination number and #
Fifth : You wll be asked to "If you want to proceed, Please Press 1" : so press 1 to save the destination number in SPEED DIAL list.
OK. If you have entered already Destination number in SPEED DIAL , then follow HOT NUMBER from above HOT NUMBER list.
